Where do you fly?

Our main area is the mountains of Central Switzerland, close to Lucerne: the Engelberg Valley, Brunni, Titlis, Stanserhorn, Emmetten, Klewenalp, Niederbauen, Pilatus to name just a few. We also fly in the Zug Area, Einsiedeln, Rigi, Hoch Ybrig, Uetliberg, Pfannenstil, etc. We can also fly in any other place that you wish.

Is there any prior knowledge necessary?

None at all. Your pilot will explain everything to you before the take off.

What are the physical requirements, Is hard to do?

An average fitness leveel is all you need . If you can run a few quick paces, you can paraglide. Passengers with more than 110kg or less than 50kg should let us know beforehand, so we can prepare accordingly.

 

Is there a minimum age?

No. However, minors (<16 years) need the consent of theire guardian.

 

What if I have acrophobia (fear of heights)?

If you can ride in a chairlift, you will have no trouble paragliding.

 

What do I need to bring?

in summer: Good boots (i.e. hiking boots), a light windtight jacket or a sweater.

in winter: Good, preferably waterproof boots (winter hiking boots, snowboard shoes), a warm jacket and pants or ski suit, gloves.

 

Can I take pictures during the flight?

Yes, you are free to use your hands during the entire flight. But: anything you take along for the flight must be secured, to prevent from falling. We also offer a photo service.

 

Can I fly all year round?

Yes, the panoramic flight is possible all year round. Thermal flights can usualy only take place between March and September.

 

What about insurance?

Paragliding is not considered a risk sport and is covered by the obligatory swiss accident insurance. For foreign passengers, the regulations/insurance coverage of theire respective country of origin aplies. All our pilots also have the mandatory insurance for tandem pilots, which includes a coverage of CHF 5'000'000.- for injury and CHF 5'000.- for damages to transported goods.

Can I give a Tandem flight to somebody as a present?
Of course! We will gladly send you a gift voucher.

 

Can we come to fly as a group? 

Yes. Paragliding is a great group activity for companies, clubs, and individual groups. We will gladly organise your trip for you.
