After successful online order, you will, if requested, receive a voucher by mail. A suitable date and place for flying will be arranged by telephone or e-mail.

Cancelations must be done 24hrs prior to the flight date for a 100% refund/reschedule.
In case of unflyable conditions, the flight will be rescheduled at no additional charge.
